Tony Livesey
Tony Livesey has been a journalist for over 30 years on Fleet Street and the BBC. He currently presents Drive weekdays on BBC Radio 5-Live. Tony’s familiar for many TV appearances, most recently as the current affairs reporter on The One Show but also Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, and What the Papers Say on numerous occasions. He has also presented many documentaries for the BBC as well as writing and presenting a series of short films, Seaside Secrets for Channel 4. More recently in 2015 Tony was a presenter for the second series of BBC's Watchdog Test House. Tony also presented the game show Traitor on BBC2 and as for a recent appearance on Celebrity Mastermind…. well, don’t ask.
Tony is a football enthusiast. For 7 years he was the sports presenter for North West Tonight as well as host of the BBC's regional football show Late Kick Off and regular panellist on BBC 1’s Inside Sport. He is lifelong Burnley supporter and can be spotted seated in Turf Moor every home game.
