Marta de Sousa is a property developer and a TV & radio property commentator. Having founded LUX REALITY ten years ago, she has grown her London based international property development company LUX REALITY, to specialise in intelligent design and to create environmentally conscious homes, equipped with the latest technology.

Lux Reality has built countless award winning properties that regularly feature in magazines, newspapers and on television, both in the UK and in Portugal.

Additionally Marta regularly comments on property and real estate related news, for both the trade and national press including Sky News, BBC One, ITV News, The Independent, The Sunday Telegraph, BBC 5 Live and LBC. She has also recently featured as a property expert in a BBC’s Panorama and a Channel 4’s Dispatches program.

Marta is a champion of a diverse construction workforce and founded Built By Her a government backed campaign that aims to challenge stereotypes and change the perception that the construction industry is solely a male world, inaccessible to women.
